Young Lawyers Exploring Program Open House

The Law Explorers is sponsored by the Denver Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. This group is largely comprised of recent law school graduates who work in and around Metro Denver.

This program is for youth ages 14-20.  Parents are welcome and encouraged to come to the Kick Off.

This year promises to bring many exciting activities. Our kick-off program will be held this year at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law on Tuesday, October 27 at 5:00 p.m. This kick-off program will include pizza for all students and their parents beginning promptly at 5:00 p.m.

A panel of DBA-YLD members will lead a roundtable discussion about their law practices and will also answer any questions you might have about the legal profession. After the roundtable, we will be attending part of a Torts Class at 6:00 p.m. in Room 190. This will last about a half hour and then some students afterwards will be available to speak one on one with you.

The schedule for Young Lawyer Exploring Program future events will be handed out at the Kick Off.

We will be meeting in Room 259, located on the 2nd Floor of the Law Building, which is located at 2255 E. Evans Avenue, Denver, 80210. This is conveniently located northwest of the University Blvd. and E. Evans Avenue intersection. Off-street and metered parking is available for a fee. In the alternative, the University light-rail station is only a few blocks away.
