Camp Dietler is one of the premier patrol cooking adventure camps in the country. The program is designed to build and strengthen the troop and patrol method. The camp provides unique learning opportunities, specialized instruction and adventure activities that can only occur in this long term camp environment. The "Back to Basics" theme can be seen throughout this program that focuses on the traditional Scouting skills.
All camp participants, including adults, must have medical exam prior to camp and present a completed Colorado Health Form upon arrival at camp. Resident camp is for registered Boy Scouts and Varsity Scout who are 11-17 years old and their leaders.
The $30 per Scout deposit is non-refundable at anytime, but may be applied to other troop members as long as the unit's total registration count does not go down. If a cancellation is made prior to June 1st, participants will receive a full refund less a $30 non-refundable deposit. After June 1st - No fees will be refunded unless documented by a medical doctor or a death in the family. Scoutmaster or Camp Contact Person should request all refunds.
